In Schwechat, right next to the Vienna Airport, a new business park with modern, sophisticated and user-friendly architecture will be built. It is a concept developed by the architects Dietrich/Untertrifaller – Schoettli.

Dietrich/Untertrifaller, who planned the Festspielhauses in Bregenz and the expansion of the Vienna Stadthalle, won the competition for the project.

The project, an investment of 80-100 million Euro, will be constructed in several phases. The first phase will include a petrol station, a busines hotel and the first building phase of a technology center who will house the “eSchwechat” Program. The start of construction is planned for 2010.
